The L-FAK (Lumbar First Aid Kit) is a slim, low-profile trauma kit built to ride in the small of the back—freeing up prime space up front for mission-critical gear. Compact yet fully loaded, it delivers fast, one-handed access to life-saving supplies for treating blast, penetrating, or other traumatic injuries. Durable nylon construction, MOLLE compatibility, and multiple loadout options make it a powerful, space-saving addition to any responder’s kit.

Built to support the treatment of blast, penetrating, or other traumatic injuries, the L-FAK provides a compact platform loaded with the medical essentials requested by professionals in the field. It is available in several configurations, Basic, Basic with Combat Gauze, and Advanced, tailored to different levels of care. Note: the C-A-T® tourniquet is not included and must be purchased separately.

The system includes a rugged 420D nylon inner carrier that opens easily with a pull-tab, allowing one-handed, rapid access. Inside, elastic retention loops keep supplies secure and organized. The outer pouch, constructed of durable 500D material, attaches with MOLLE webbing for seamless integration with standard loadouts.
