Online Return Policy

At Freedom Training Solutions, we strive to ensure that your order is accurate and meets the highest standards. However, if you need to make a return, please review the following policy:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.
  • Items must be in new, sellable condition with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and unfilled warranty/registration cards.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA, please contact us via email before shipping your return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request an RMA – Contact us to obtain your return authorization. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  2. Package Your Return Securely – Ensure the item is properly packaged with all original components.
  3. Ship Your Return – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to protect against loss or damage.

Important Notes

  • If an incorrect item was shipped due to our error, we may issue a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns, including refused shipments.
  • Freedom Training Solutions is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Custom kits or specialty kits
  • Items with opened packaging

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-4 weeks after the return is received and inspected.
  • If the return does not meet our policy conditions, we may refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee.

Note: Freedom Training Solutions reserves the right to limit or deny returns at any time for any reason. Only purchases made directly from Freedom Training Solutions are eligible for return.
